***Returns: If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order or an item is defective, we will gladly issue you a store credit upon return of our product. In order to accept a return and issue a credit, you must notify Mt's Whimsey within 7 business days of delivery. If you choose to return the product, please note that you will only be issued a store credit and shipping/handling costs are not reimbursed. Please retain all packing material and return your order in the original box along with the packaging. Upon notification of your request, you will be given a reference number for this transaction.
***Any Seasonal item must be returned at least two weeks prior to the Holiday,Not doing so will result in no store credit being issues.....
It's not quite fair to keep the merchandise for a holiday and THEN return it.***
