I crafted this piece from muslin,which has been hand painted,grungied,scented and baked. Once baked I sanded the piece to give it a Time worn Look. It is filled with Lots of Sweet Annie,Burgandy Pips,a few Dried Rose Hips,and Moss. I added three Rusty Stars in the arrangement,as well as One of Our Grubby Cinnamon Nubbie Candles,tied with grungied blue Homespun. In the Center is a copy of the Declaration of Independance...done on grunged Parchment paper,and tied with Cheesecloth. To finish it off I added a Grubby tag,..and a homespun tie, the Piece has a rusty wire hanger and Hands wonderfully~ this is a Large door Piece...the flag area is 13 3/4" wide9 1/2" high...from bottom to top of arrangement it measures approx 18" tall!! I crafted the firecrackers with red/cream ticking and blue star print fabrics.Each firecracker has a solid core,and a "fuse" is in the end of each. Grunged,baked and sanded. They are nice sized pieces.. Measuring approx 7" high. These are great Bowl fillers or tucks...I have them shown in an olde emamelware bowl with red/white/blue garland...but they would look just as  nice in a olde trencher with some pips or olde flags.
